About Us

Marisol S.A. is one of the largest Brazilian companies in the clothing segment.

We are a brand and distribution channel manager, through franchising and accrediting networks, created more than 40 years ago in Jaraguá do Sul (SC).

The group is the leader in the segments of children’s clothing manufacturing and single-brand franchises, and it has the capacity to produce 12 million items of clothing and 2 million pairs of children’s shoes per year.

Marisol S.A. divides the brands into three Business Units, reinforcing the positioning of each one in relation to the market.

Consumption Business Unit

This unit is for high consumption products. They are items that are manufactured with high standards of quality and design, which provide the consumer with a suitable cost-benefit ratio. This unit includes the brands Marisol, Pakalolo, Babysol and the chain of stores called One Store.

Premium Business Unit

This business unit focuses on the products with the highest added value and with high quality manufacturing. It serves the market of demanding consumers, who want the latest fashion trends. The brand names Lilica Ripilica and Tigor T. Tigre are included in this business unit.

Luxury Business Unit

Brand names for a demanding public that seeks exclusive and differentiated products. They are manufactured in small quantities, often with handcrafted details. The brand names Rosa Chá and Stereo compose the portfolio of this business unit.

In Brazil, 164 exclusive franchises and more than 15,000 points of sale for multiple brands offer the group’s products. In the international market, Marisol S.A. has already entered countries such as Lebanon, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

Following globalization, the group is undergoing an internationalization process, primarily with the Lilica Ripilica brand name and the Lilica & Tigor franchise chain. Two international subsidiaries were created, one in Italy and the other in Mexico, to monitor the possibility of new markets with greater precision.

Our philosophy has always been based on seeking excellent standard of quality in our products and services. As a company, our satisfaction is directly linked to readily serving the expectations and demands of our thousands of consumers.
